- Dissolve yeast in water. Stir in oil. Sift flour and salt together; stir into oil-water mix. Knead vigorously on cloth or possibly board till smooth and elastic, about 15 min. Shape into ball. Place in greased bowl; brush with oil. Cover with damp cloth. Let rise till double in bulk, about 2 hrs. Form again into ball. Makes sufficient dough for 4 pizzas.
