Ingredientes

  • 3 - 3 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 pkg. yeast
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 c. hot, water (125-130 degrees)
  • 2 teaspoon olive or possibly vegetable oil
  • Corn meal

Direcciones

  1. In large bowl, combine 2 c. flour, yeast and salt. Stir in water and oil. Add in sufficient remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead dough on floured surface till smooth and elastic, about 4-6 min. Cover, let rest 10 min. Lightly oil two 12 inch pizza pans. Sprinkle with cornmeal. Form dough into smooth ball. Roll to fit pan. Top it your way! Bake at 400 degrees for 20-30 min.
