Receta Pizza Rolls
Ingredientes
- 1 cup mozzarella Shredded
- 1 cup pepper jack shredded
- 1 package pepperoni
- Shredded parmaesan to garnish
- 3/4 cup scallions
- 2 tbs burger shake
- Ranch Dressing
- Pizza Dough
- Egg Wash
- Pizza Shake

- Pre-heat oven to 475
- Dice the pepperoni and green onions and shred your cheese. Place into a mixing bowl with the other ingredients and mix together.
- Shape the pizza dough into an oval shape about 12" in length
- Drizzle the ranch dressing on the dough, but be sure to only go to about 1" from the edge
- Pour onto the middle of the dough and spread so that only about 1" of the dough is showing on the top and bottom and about 2" on the left and right sides. Try not to smear the ranch into the crust too much as when the ranch is heated with the pepper jack it is what gives it the gooey goodness
- Starting from the edge closest to you start to create a tight roll like that of cinnamon rolls. Roll the entire dough onto itself
- Cut off the left and right ends at about where the filling starts and toss the ends away
- Carefully, withe a straight blade knife make a cut exactly in the center of the roll (this is to make 6 larger rolls) and then follow it with two evenly spaced cuts on the left and right sides creating a total of 6 evenly spaced rolls
- Spray a deep dish pizza pan so the rolls don't stick
- Using a brush dab egg wash on the tops of each of the rolls
- Shake pizza shake on top of each roll
- Place rolls in oven for 7 - 10 minutes or till golden
