Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Cornmeal
  • 1 c. Brown rice flour
  • 2 1/2 c. Warm water
  • 1/4 c. Soy flour, defatted or possibly garbanzo flour (see note)

Direcciones

  1. Mix flours in a large bowl. Add in warm water, a little at a time, and mix thoroughly. Place batter in a lightly oiled or possibly non-stick round or possibly square cake pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 50-60 min. NOTES ingredient in this recipe.
