Receta Plain flour vegetable tortillas
These can be made like the Indian roti.It is full of flavour what with onions and carrots going into them.you can eat it as it is aor with a dash of ketchup and french fries wrapped in them.
Ingredientes
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 1 carrot grated
- 1 small onion chopped fine
- salt to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- water to mix
- Oil to shallow fry the tortillas.
Direcciones
- Mix everything with just enough water to make a dough.
- keep covered for 10 mins.
- Then roll out tortillas and shallow fry them on hot fry pan till slightly golden on both sides.
- Serve these smeared with a little tomato ketchup,mayo and topped with some french fries or just plain potato chips.yum!
