Plattsburgh Tomato Beef Soup

Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Grnd beef
  • 1 c. Minced onion
  • 1/2 c. Minced celery
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 3 c. Tomatoes
  • 2 x Beef bouillion cubes
  • 1/3 c. Reg. uncooked rice
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Chili pwdr
  • 1 x Bay leaf
  • 3 1/2 c. Water

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry beef, onion and celery in melted butter till meat is browned. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 min. Remove bay leaf.
