Receta Plattsburgh Tomato Beef Soup

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Grnd beef
- 1 c. Minced onion
- 1/2 c. Minced celery
- 1 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
- 3 c. Tomatoes
- 2 x Beef bouillion cubes
- 1/3 c. Reg. uncooked rice
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Chili pwdr
- 1 x Bay leaf
- 3Â 1/2 c. Water
Direcciones
- Saute/fry beef, onion and celery in melted butter till meat is browned. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 min. Remove bay leaf.
