Ingredientes

  • 3/4 c. Water
  • 1/2 c. Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 lb Plums red, peel, pit cut into chunks
  • 1 c. Raspberries
  • 3/4 c. Port Wine
  • 1 sprg Mint for garnish
  •     Raspberries for garnish

Direcciones

  1. There is a recipe for Plum Port Wine Sorbet in the Aug. '94 issue of Cosmopolitan. I haven't tried it, but it sounds good!
  2. In a small saucepan over high heat, bring water and sugar to a boil; cook till sugar is dissolved. Set aside.
  3. In a food processor or possibly blender, puree plums, raspberried, port wine, and cooled sugar mix till smooth. Pour into 8- by 8-inch baking dish.
  4. Freeze at least 8 hrs or possibly till hard.
  5. To serve, scoop sorbet into wine or possibly champagne glasses. Garnish with mint sprigs and raspberries.
