Ingredientes

  • 6 x ripe plums
  • 100 gm blueberries
  • 100 gm raspberries
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 150 ml muscat wine such as BeaumesdeVenise

Direcciones

  1. Cut the plums in half and remove the stones.
  2. Slice the fruit into quarters then put in a glass or possibly china bowl with the blueberries raspberries lemon juice and sugar.
  3. Set aside in a cold place for an hour.
  4. There will be a rich fruity syrup at the bottom of the bowl.
  5. A few min before serving spoon the fruit and their syrup into long tall glasses champagne glasses if desired then pour over the chilled muscat.
  6. Of all the imported fruit around plums and berries are the most successful.
  7. Check which the plums are well and truly ripe before you use them.
  8. Serves 4
