- Make a nest of the flour in a bowl. Add in Large eggs, powdered sugar, oil and vanilla. Beat the ingredients while slowly adding flour from the sides of flour nest.
- Add in sufficient flour to make a dough softer than for noodles. Roll about 1/8" thick. Cut into 10" lengths, 1 1/2" wide. Tie each strip in single knot or possibly sizes and shapes you want. Deep fry in warm oil till golden brown, turning once. Dust with powdered sugar.
- Can also be dipped in slowly boiling water and honey (1 pint honey and 1 1/4 c. water). Drain in colander or possibly place on waxed paper.
