Ingredientes

  • 1/2 x Coconut
  • 1 x Onion
  • 1 x Fresh chilli
  • 2 x Tomatoes
  • 60 ml Water
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon pwdr sprig curry leaves
  • 1/4 tsp Fenugreek
  • 75 ml Coconut lowfat milk juice 1 lime salt to taste

Direcciones

  1. Grate the coconut, chop the onion and chilli and slice the tomatoes.
  2. Place in a pan, add in the water, cinnamon, turmeric, curry leaves and fenugreek and cook till onions are soft. Add in the coconut lowfat milk, stir well and cook for a couple of min. Add in the lime juice and salt to taste.
