Receta Pol Mallum (Stringhopper Sambol)

Ingredientes
- 1/2 x Coconut
- 1 x Onion
- 1 x Fresh chilli
- 2 x Tomatoes
- 60 ml Water
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon pwdr sprig curry leaves
- 1/4 tsp Fenugreek
- 75 ml Coconut lowfat milk juice 1 lime salt to taste
Direcciones
- Grate the coconut, chop the onion and chilli and slice the tomatoes.
- Place in a pan, add in the water, cinnamon, turmeric, curry leaves and fenugreek and cook till onions are soft. Add in the coconut lowfat milk, stir well and cook for a couple of min. Add in the lime juice and salt to taste.
