Ingredientes

  • 3/4 pound lean pork, cut in sm. pcs
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce.) can condensed beef broth
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce.) can condensed tomato soup
  • 2 soup cans water
  • 4 c. shredded cabbage (about 1 lb.)
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Dash of pepper
  • 1 tbsp. sherry (optional)
  • Lowfat sour cream

Direcciones

  1. Brown pork in butter. Add in remaining ingredients except lowfat sour cream. Cover; cook over low heat 30 min; stir often. Serve with spoonsful of lowfat sour cream. 6 servings.
