Ingredientes
- 3/4 pound lean pork, cut in sm. pcs
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce.) can condensed beef broth
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce.) can condensed tomato soup
- 2 soup cans water
- 4 c. shredded cabbage (about 1 lb.)
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 bay leaf
- Dash of pepper
- 1 tbsp. sherry (optional)
- Lowfat sour cream
Direcciones
- Brown pork in butter. Add in remaining ingredients except lowfat sour cream. Cover; cook over low heat 30 min; stir often. Serve with spoonsful of lowfat sour cream. 6 servings.
