Ingredientes

  • 3/4 pound lean pork, cut in sm. pcs
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. condensed beef broth
  • 1 c. condensed tomato soup
  • 2 soup cans water
  • 4 c. shredded cabbage (about 1 lb.)
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Dash of pepper
  • 1 tbsp. sherry (opt.)
  • Lowfat sour cream

Direcciones

  1. Brown pork in butter. Add in remaining ingredients, except lowfat sour cream. Cook over low heat, covered, 30 min, stir often. Serve with spoonfuls of lowfat sour cream. Makes 6 servings.
