Ingredientes

  • 10 c. Cabbage, shredded
  • 2 x Onions, finely minced
  • 1/2 tsp White pepper
  • 6 c. Water
  • 1 1/2 lb Beef chuck, cut into serving pcs
  • 15 ounce Cans tomato sauce
  • 8 x Red potatoes, small, peeled and diced
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 2 x Garlic cloves, minced fine
  •     Or possibly
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr

Direcciones

  1. Place cabbage, onions, pepper and water in a large soup kettle; cover, heat to boiling. Add in beef and tomato sauce; cover and heat to boiling. Lower heat; simmer for 1 hour. Add in potatoes, simmer 1 hour or possibly till meat is tender. Add in sugar and garlic.
