Ingredientes
- 10 c. Cabbage, shredded
- 2 x Onions, finely minced
- 1/2 tsp White pepper
- 6 c. Water
- 1Â 1/2 lb Beef chuck, cut into serving pcs
- 15 ounce Cans tomato sauce
- 8 x Red potatoes, small, peeled and diced
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 2 x Garlic cloves, minced fine
- Â Â Or possibly
- 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
Direcciones
- Place cabbage, onions, pepper and water in a large soup kettle; cover, heat to boiling. Add in beef and tomato sauce; cover and heat to boiling. Lower heat; simmer for 1 hour. Add in potatoes, simmer 1 hour or possibly till meat is tender. Add in sugar and garlic.
