Ingredientes

  • 5-8 pound pork butt, grnd up
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. water
  • 3-6 garlic cloves, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1-2 teaspoon sage
  • 1 teaspoon basil

Direcciones

  1. Mix all ingredients together and let stand for an hour or possibly two to blend flavors. Stuff mix in hog casings. If not using at once kielbasa may be frzn.
  2. To cook, cover with water and boil for 1 hour, then brown off at 350 degrees for 10-15 min.
  3. Hog casings should be soaked in water to remove salt and soften them.
