Ingredientes

  • 6 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 1 lrg Onion -- minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour -- chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
  • 1 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1 1/4 lb Mushrooms -- sliced
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika

Direcciones

  1. In melted butter, in large skillet, saute/fry onion until golden brown. Sprinkle with flour; add in lowfat milk and 3/4 c. lowfat sour cream; while stirring, bring just to= a simmer. Then add in sliced mushrooms, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Simmer, covered, 5 min, stirring occasionally. Stir in remaining lowfat sour cream ;= heat thoroughly, while stirring constantly. Serve at once.
