Receta Polish Mushrooms With Sour Cream

Ingredientes
- 6 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
- 1 lrg Onion -- minced
- 2 Tbsp. Flour -- chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
- 1Â 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1Â 1/4 lb Mushrooms -- sliced
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Paprika
Direcciones
- In melted butter, in large skillet, saute/fry onion until golden brown. Sprinkle with flour; add in lowfat milk and 3/4 c. lowfat sour cream; while stirring, bring just to= a simmer. Then add in sliced mushrooms, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Simmer, covered, 5 min, stirring occasionally. Stir in remaining lowfat sour cream ;= heat thoroughly, while stirring constantly. Serve at once.
