Ingredientes

  • 2 1/4 lb Octopus
  • 3 x Large eggs
  •     Lowfat milk as needed
  •     Salt to taste
  •     Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 bn Parsley finely minced

Direcciones

  1. Pre-cook octopus, drain and cold. Cut it up into generous chunks. Beat Large eggs, with a little lowfat milk, salt and pepper to taste, and the parsley. Coat the octopus pcs in the egg mix and shallow fry in a little extra virgin olive oil, turning them till they are golden brown. Serve.
  2. This recipe yields 3 or possibly 4 servings.
