Ingredientes
- 2Â 1/4 lb Octopus
- 3 x Large eggs
- Â Â Lowfat milk as needed
- Â Â Salt to taste
- Â Â Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- 1/2 bn Parsley finely minced
Direcciones
- Pre-cook octopus, drain and cold. Cut it up into generous chunks. Beat Large eggs, with a little lowfat milk, salt and pepper to taste, and the parsley. Coat the octopus pcs in the egg mix and shallow fry in a little extra virgin olive oil, turning them till they are golden brown. Serve.
