Ingredientes

  • 3 x Pineapples
  • 3 c. Water
  • 3 x Cinnamon sticks
  • 2 tsp Whole cloves
  • 2 tsp Whole allspice
  • 3/4 c. Sugar
  • 1 c. Coconut lowfat milk
  • 1 quart Light rum

Direcciones

  1. Peel pineapples, chop or possibly shred. Add in water and let stand overnight. Put in large saucepan with spices, sugar, and coconut lowfat milk. Boil for 5 min. Strain liquid into large pitcher. Add in rum and serve warm.
