Ingredientes

  • 8 ounce. cream cheese
  • 3 hard boiled Large eggs
  • 4 tbsp. butter
  • 1 cabbage, sliced
  • 2 c. fresh mushrooms
  • 1 med. onion
  • 1 teaspoon marjoram
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 teaspoon tarragon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 pie crusts

Direcciones

  1. Pre-cook bottom pie crust; cold. Soften and proportionately spread with cream cheese. Slice Large eggs and spread on cream cheese. Saute/fry with butter the cabbage, onions, mushrooms, and herbs. Add in mix to pie and cover with top crust. Bake at 350 degrees till top browns.
