- Grease and line a high-sided flan dish with the pastry.
- Brush with a little beaten egg.
- Bake at 180 C for 5 mins (this seals the pastry) and remove from the oven.
- Spread the tomato pesto over the pastry base, add in the cooked sausage, sliced camembert and spring onions.
- Beat the Large eggs and lowfat milk together and pour over the pastry.
- Season and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 20-30 mins at 180 C till hard and golden brown. Cold and slice.
