Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt First Choice short pastry sheets
  • 1 x egg, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. Dolmio Prima sundried tomato pesto
  • 4 x pure pork sausages, cooked and sliced
  •     (4 to 6)
  • 250 gm camembert cheese, sliced
  • 6 x First Choice Large eggs
  • 500 ml lowfat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. minced spring onions
  • 3 Tbsp. grated fresh parmesan cheese
  •     Salt and grnd black pepper

Direcciones

  1. Grease and line a high-sided flan dish with the pastry.
  2. Brush with a little beaten egg.
  3. Bake at 180 C for 5 mins (this seals the pastry) and remove from the oven.
  4. Spread the tomato pesto over the pastry base, add in the cooked sausage, sliced camembert and spring onions.
  5. Beat the Large eggs and lowfat milk together and pour over the pastry.
  6. Season and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 20-30 mins at 180 C till hard and golden brown. Cold and slice.
