Receta Pork And Garlic Chives Stir Fry

- Heat a wok and add in 1 Tbsp. of the oil, the garlic and ginger. "Chow" (stir-fry) for a moment and add in the green onions, soy, pepper, the optional MSG and the wine. Chow for a minute and remove from the wok.
- Reheat the wok to smoking. Add in the remaining Tbsp. of oil and the pork. Chow just till the pork is tender, then remove from the wok, leaving the oil in the wok. Add in the chives and chow till tender, then return the sauce and the pork.
- Toss for a moment till all is warm. Add in the splash of sesame oil, toss and serve.
