Receta Pork And Garlic Chives Stir Fry

Ingredientes
- 1/2 lb Pork, lean cut julienne
- 2 Tbsp. Peanut oil
- 2 x Garlic cloves minced fine
- 1 slc Ginger root cut tiny julienne
- 2 x Green onions slivered
- 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce, light
- 1/8 tsp Freshly-grnd white pepper or possibly to taste
- 1 pch MSG optional
- 1 Tbsp. Chinese rice wine, or possibly dry sherry
- 1 c. Garlic chives minced
- 1 dsh Sesame oil for garnish
Direcciones
- Heat a wok and add in 1 Tbsp. of the oil, the garlic and ginger. "Chow" (stir-fry) for a moment and add in the green onions, soy, pepper, the optional MSG and the wine. Chow for a minute and remove from the wok.
- Reheat the wok to smoking. Add in the remaining Tbsp. of oil and the pork. Chow just till the pork is tender, then remove from the wok, leaving the oil in the wok. Add in the chives and chow till tender, then return the sauce and the pork.
- Toss for a moment till all is warm. Add in the splash of sesame oil, toss and serve.
