Ingredientes

  • 1 pound boneless pork loin, sliced
  • 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 pound snow peas
  • 2 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon grnd ginger
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar

Direcciones

  1. Stir-fry pork and garlic. Add in snow peas, stir-fry for 3-4 min. Push pork and peas to one side, add in remaining ingredients. Stir to mix. Stir pork and peas with mix. Serve with rice. 280 calories per serving - 11g. fat/serving.
