Ingredientes

  • 4 x Pork chops
  • 8 x Peeled and sliced potatos, about
  • 16 ounce Lowfat sour cream
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c. Water

Direcciones

  1. Flour and brown porkchops. Layer potatoes & lowfat sour cream fold in pan till all used up and the last layer is the lowfat sour cream mix. Place pork chops on top.
  2. Bake at 350 for 1 hr. and 45 minutes. or possibly till potatoes are done.
  3. This is a family favorite and I have long since known where it came from!
  4. It is very versatile.
