Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. long grain rice
- 1/2 c. water
- 4 (1 1/2 lb.) pork chops
- Salt and pepper
- 1 med. sliced onion
- 1 can golden brown mushroom soup
Direcciones
- In a 4-qt casserole, arrange rice proportionately over bottom. Cover with water. Salt and pepper to taste. Arrange pork chops with meaty portions toward outside edge. Spoon mushroom soup on top. Microwave on medium, covered, for 45 min, rotating 1/4 turn halfway through. Serves 4. If you like, add in 2 more pork chops and add in 15 more min to cooking time.
