Ingredientes

  • 3/4 c. long grain rice
  • 1 (6 ounce.) box long grain & wild rice (Uncle Bens)
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cans water
  • 6-8 pork chops, 1" thick

Direcciones

  1. Combine soups and water. Add in rices. Mix well and pour into baking dish. Place pork chops on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
  2. 6-8 chicken breasts may be substituted for the pork chops. Use cream of chicken soup instead of the cream of mushroom, if you like.
