Ingredientes

  • 6 pork chops, 1/2-inch thick
  • 1 (6 ounce.) pkg. instant pork flavored stuffing mix
  • 1/2 c. minced onions
  • 1/2 c. minced celery
  • 1/4 teaspoon grnd sage
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/3 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh or possibly dry parsley leaves, crushed

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Arrange pork chops in a 13x9 baking dish, leaving space in center for stuffing. Bake 20 min or possibly till pork chops begin to brown.
  2. Meanwhile, prepare stuffing mix according to package directions, adding onions, celery, and sage with the seasoning packet. Combine soup, lowfat milk, and parsley; remove pork chops from oven.
  3. With spoon, carefully mound stuffing in center of baking dish. Spoon soup mix over chops. Bake 15 min more or possibly till pork is tender (160 degrees internal temperature).
