Receta Pork Chop And Stuffing Bake

Ingredientes
- 6 pork chops, 1/2-inch thick
- 1 (6 ounce.) pkg. instant pork flavored stuffing mix
- 1/2 c. minced onions
- 1/2 c. minced celery
- 1/4 teaspoon grnd sage
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh or possibly dry parsley leaves, crushed
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Arrange pork chops in a 13x9 baking dish, leaving space in center for stuffing. Bake 20 min or possibly till pork chops begin to brown.
- Meanwhile, prepare stuffing mix according to package directions, adding onions, celery, and sage with the seasoning packet. Combine soup, lowfat milk, and parsley; remove pork chops from oven.
- With spoon, carefully mound stuffing in center of baking dish. Spoon soup mix over chops. Bake 15 min more or possibly till pork is tender (160 degrees internal temperature).
