  1. In a saucepan mix water, vinegar, sugar, dry mustard, salt, pepper and cayenne. Add in lemon slices and onion slices. Simmer 20 min. Add in catsup, Worcestershire and liquid smoke; bring to a boil. Place a small amount of mix on bottom of baking pan. Place pork chops to top and pour sauce over. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven about 1 1/2 hrs. Turn chops once. Very good served over rice.
