Ingredientes

  • 6 pork chops, 3/4" thick
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Dash pepper
  • 1 onion, med.
  • 1 env. spaghetti sauce
  • 1 pound can tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 green pepper

Direcciones

  1. In skillet, brown pork chops, on both sides. Season with salt and pepper. Place in 11 x 7 x 1 1/2 inch baking pan. Top each chop with a thin onion slice.
  2. Combine spaghetti sauce mix, canned tomatoes and brown sugar. Pour over chops. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover; top each chop with green pepper ring. Bake 15 min. Serves 6.
