Ingredientes

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 med. onion, sliced
  • 4 med. potatoes, sliced
  • 1 can condensed Cheddar cheese soup

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wipe chops with damp paper towels. With edge of saucer lb. chops on each side. Trim extra fat. Brown chops on both sides, salt and pepper; drain well. Place in 2 qt casserole. Arrange potatoes and onion slices over top. Pour cheese soup over all. Bake covered 1 hour.
