Ingredientes

  • 1 can cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 4 c. sliced potatoes
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 3/4 c. bell pepper, minced
  • 6-8 pork chops

Direcciones

  1. Mix soup, lowfat sour cream, water together. Alternate this soup mix with potatoes, onion and bell pepper. Place in 375 degree oven 30 min, uncovered. Brown pork chops in skillet, floured or possibly unfloured. Place pork chops on top of potatoes, cover and bake one hour at 350 degrees.
