Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Plum tomatoes,diced
  • 1/4 c. Water
  •     Salt and pepper
  • 4 x Loin pork chops
  • 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp Minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 c. Mushrooms,thin sliced
  • 1 1/2 c. Green pepper, 1-in cut
  • 1/2 c. Dry white wine
  • 1 tsp Oregano

Direcciones

  1. Put the tomatoes, with the water and bring to a boil. Cook, stirring occasionally, till reduced to about 1 1/2 c.. Add in the salt and pepper to taste, set aside.
  2. Sprinkle the chops with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat the oil in the skillet and add in the chops. Brown on both sides, about 5 minutes. to a side. Add in the garlic, mushrooms and green peppers. Coover closely and cook about 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the wine, tomatoes and oregano. Cover closely and cook 35-40 minutes. Serve with buttered noodles sprinkled with parm cheese.
