Receta Pork Chops In Tomato Sauce With Oregano

Ingredientes
- 2 c. Plum tomatoes,diced
- 1/4 c. Water
- Â Â Salt and pepper
- 4 x Loin pork chops
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp Minced garlic
- 1Â 1/2 c. Mushrooms,thin sliced
- 1Â 1/2 c. Green pepper, 1-in cut
- 1/2 c. Dry white wine
- 1 tsp Oregano
Direcciones
- 1. Put the tomatoes, with the water and bring to a boil. Cook, stirring occasionally, till reduced to about 1 1/2 c.. Add in the salt and pepper to taste, set aside.
- 2. Sprinkle the chops with salt and pepper.
- 3. Heat the oil in the skillet and add in the chops. Brown on both sides, about 5 minutes. to a side. Add in the garlic, mushrooms and green peppers. Coover closely and cook about 5 minutes.
- 4. Stir in the wine, tomatoes and oregano. Cover closely and cook 35-40 minutes. Serve with buttered noodles sprinkled with parm cheese.
