Receta Pork Chops In White Wine

Ingredientes
- 6 pork chops, 1-inch thick
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 teaspoon bacon drippings
- 3 teaspoon flour
- 3/4 c. chicken broth/stock
- 3/4 c. dry white wine
- 2 lg. onions, sliced
Direcciones
- Season chops with salt and pepper and sear slowly in frying pan with hot bacon drippings. Remove from frying pan.Stirring constantly, blend flour into fat remaining in frying pan. Add in broth and wine. When smooth, return chops to frying pan. Spread sliced onion over chops. Cover frying pan; simmer for about one hour and serve over noodles.
