Receta Pork Chops & Rice With Spanish Sauce

- Saute 2 small onions, sliced in 2 tbsp salad oil till golden. Stir in 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce, 1 can (16 oz) peeled tomatoes and 1 tsp sugar. Simmer about 5 min. Serve the sauce over the chops and rice. Makes 4-6 servings.
