Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Pork
  • 1 lb Cubed Boneless Pork
  • 1 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
  • 1 c. Water
  • 1/2 tsp Caraway Seed
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 16 ounce Can Sauerkraut, liquid removed
  • 1 med Onion, sliced
  • 2 1/2 c. Uncooked Egg Noodles
  • 1 c. Dairy Lowfat sour cream

Direcciones

  1. In a small bowl, combine flour, paprika, and salt. Toss meat in flour mix to coat.
  2. In a large saucepan or possibly Dutch oven, brown meat in warm oil. Add in water, caraway seed, pepper, sauerkraut, and onion; mix well. Cover; simmer 30 min or possibly till meat is tender, stirring occasionally.
  3. Meanwhile, cook egg noodles according to package directions. Add in pasta and lowfat sour cream to meat mix; stir to combine. Cook till thoroughly heated, but don't boil.
