Receta Pork Goulash

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Pork
- 1 lb Cubed Boneless Pork
- 1 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
- 1 c. Water
- 1/2 tsp Caraway Seed
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 16 ounce Can Sauerkraut, liquid removed
- 1 med Onion, sliced
- 2Â 1/2 c. Uncooked Egg Noodles
- 1 c. Dairy Lowfat sour cream
Direcciones
- In a small bowl, combine flour, paprika, and salt. Toss meat in flour mix to coat.
- In a large saucepan or possibly Dutch oven, brown meat in warm oil. Add in water, caraway seed, pepper, sauerkraut, and onion; mix well. Cover; simmer 30 min or possibly till meat is tender, stirring occasionally.
- Meanwhile, cook egg noodles according to package directions. Add in pasta and lowfat sour cream to meat mix; stir to combine. Cook till thoroughly heated, but don't boil.
