Roasted Garlic Mayonnaise as Follows

Preheat oven to 325 degrees

cut top off 1 medium garlic head peel away skin

place in baking dish drizzle with 2 tsps good olive oil

cover and bake for about 60 minutes

mash with a forkadd 1/2 cp mayo1 tsp cream salt and pepper

chill at least 3 hours or more
