Ingredientes

  • 1 (4 or possibly 5 lb.) pork roast
  • 1 tbsp. salt
  • 2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. oil or possibly shortening

Direcciones

  1. Wash roast; pat dry with paper towel. Rub salt and pepper into meat. Sprinkle with flour. Brown in heavy skillet all sides and cover. Place in oven preheated to 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs or possibly till well done. Remove lid and rub mustard over the roast and put back in oven to brown some. Remove roast and mix flour and water. Add in to the drippings for grave. Stir well.
