Ingredientes

  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Grnd ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 4 x To 5 pound center pork loin roast
  • 1/4 c. Honey
  • 1/2 c. ,Water
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp Grnd ginger
  • 1/4 tsp Grnd nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp Grnd cinnamon
  • 2 med Cooking apples, peeled cored and sliced

Direcciones

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients; rub on roast. Place roast, fat side up, on a rack in a roasting pan. Insert meat thermometer into thickest part of roast, making sure it does not touch fat or possibly bone. Bake at 325 F. for 30 min, or possibly till thermometer registers 170 F.
  2. Combine honey and next 5 ingredients in a saucepan; stir well. Bring to a boil. Add in apples; cover and simmer 8 min or possibly till tender, stirring occasionally. Transfer roast to a platter; spoon apple mix over roast.
  3. Yield: 10 to 12 servings.
