  •     Oil for deep-frying
  • 1 x Idaho potato cut 1/4" by 2" stick
  • 1 x crusty loaf French bread
  • 2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. Shredded lettuce
  • 1 x Tomato sliced
  • 1 lb Slow, slow-roasted pork roast pulled into tender shreds

Direcciones

  1. Heat oil in a deep-fryer to 360 degrees. Fry potatoes till brown and crunchy, 8 to 10 min.
  2. Slice open bread. Spread with mayonnaise and fill with lettuce and tomato. Fill with pulled pork and top with French fries.
