Ingredientes

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon chili pwdr, divided
  • 4 pound boneless pork loin
  • 1 c. apple jelly
  • 1 c. catsup
  • 2 tbsp. vinegar

Direcciones

  1. Combine salt, garlic salt and 1/2 tsp. chili pwdr; rub on roast. Place fat side up in shallow roasting pan. Bake at 325 degrees about 2 hrs till pork reaches 170 degrees on meat thermometer. Combine jelly, catsup, 1/2 tsp. chili pwdr and vinegar. Bring to a boil; simmer 2 min, uncovered; set aside. Brush with sauce 15 min before roast is done. Heat remaining sauce and serve with meat.
