Ingredientes

  • 2 pound pork loin
  • 3/4 c. red vinegar
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/3 c. soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed, or possibly 2 tbsp. grnd garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced

Direcciones

  1. Clean and cut pork loin in 1-inch cubes. Prepare marinade by combining vinegar, garlic, lemon juice, sugar, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Marinate pork in mix for 16-24 hrs in the refrigerator.
  2. Thread about 8-10 skewers with small pcs of pork and broil or possibly grill over warm coals, turning once or possibly twice, till all sides turn golden.
  3. Serve with Sate Sauce.
  4. NOTE: You can substitute beef or possibly chicken for the pork.
