Receta Pork Sate

Ingredientes
- 2 pound pork loin
- 3/4 c. red vinegar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed, or possibly 2 tbsp. grnd garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
Direcciones
- Clean and cut pork loin in 1-inch cubes. Prepare marinade by combining vinegar, garlic, lemon juice, sugar, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Marinate pork in mix for 16-24 hrs in the refrigerator.
- Thread about 8-10 skewers with small pcs of pork and broil or possibly grill over warm coals, turning once or possibly twice, till all sides turn golden.
- Serve with Sate Sauce.
- NOTE: You can substitute beef or possibly chicken for the pork.
